1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Nyxglo, 947 S. 48th St., Suite 127, Tempe, AZ 85281, United States ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and members of Sponsor, its co-founders, and their respective immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Arizona Time (MST) on September 18, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Arizona Time (MST) on September 30, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
Free Method of Entry (one (1) entry): During the Entry Period, visit https://shorturl.at/HJPyM and submit your name and a valid email address. No purchase or payment of any kind is required. This is the free Alternate Method of Entry and carries the same chance of winning as any other method.
Optional Bonus Entries: After completing the free entry above, entrants may earn additional entries as follows:
- Follow @nyxglolights on Instagram: one (1) bonus entry
- Tag a fellow rider in the comments of the official giveaway post: one (1) bonus entry per unique tag, up to a maximum of ten (10) tags
- Share the official giveaway post to your story and tag @nyxglolights: one (1) bonus entry
Bonus entries are optional and are not required to enter or win. Limit one (1) free base entry per person and per email address for the entire Entry Period. Entries generated by script, bot, or any automated means are void. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
5. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 30, 2026. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or direct message within three (3) days of the drawing. To claim the prize, the potential winner must respond within five (5) days of notification, confirm eligibility, and complete and return any required documents, including a completed IRS Form W-9. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries.
7. Prize and Approximate Retail Value
One (1) Grand Prize: one (1) Nyxglo 4-Pack LED Wheel Light Set. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,199. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,199. No prize substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. All prize details not specified here are determined by Sponsor.
8. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because the value of the prize is $600 or more, Sponsor will issue the winner an IRS Form 1099-MISC, and the winner must provide a completed Form W-9 as a condition of receiving the prize.
9. Winner Content Condition
As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to submit at least one (1) photograph or video of the prize installed on the winner's motorcycle within fourteen (14) days of receipt, and grants Sponsor a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, where permitted by law.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, city, state, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.
11. Platform Release
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each entrant releases these platforms from any and all liability arising from or related to the Sweepstakes.
12. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs its integrity, in which case a winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the impairing event.
13. Privacy
Information submitted to enter is collected by Sponsor and handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy at nyxglo.com/policies/privacy-policy. Entrants who opt in to marketing communications may receive email from Sponsor and can unsubscribe at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
15. Winners List
To request the name of the winner, send an email to support@nyxglo.com with the subject line "Giveaway Winner Request" within ninety (90) days after the drawing date.
16. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
