Nyxglo Return Policy

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns on purchases for products that have not been installed. To qualify for a 100% product refund, the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and the product must be in its original, unused condition in the original packaging. 
  2. Return Process
    To start a return, contact us at support@nyxglo.com with your order number and reason for the return. 
  3. Refunds and Restocking Fees
    • Unused Products: Full refund if the product has not been installed.
    • Original Packaging: Packages not sent in the original packaging is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  4. Warranty for Defective Products
    We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. If your product is defective, we will provide a replacement. Please contact us within 1 year of your purchase to file a warranty claim.
  5. Return Shipping Costs
    • Domestic Returns (U.S.): We cover all return shipping.
  6. Return Window
    • All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
