Eligibility for Returns We accept returns on pre-orders for products that have not been installed. To qualify for a 100% refund, the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and the product must be in its original, unused condition in the original packaging. Packages not sent in the original packaging is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Process To start a return, contact us at support@nyxglo.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returns within the U.S. and for pre-order customers.
Refunds and Restocking Fees
Unused Products: Full refund if the product has not been installed.
Installed Products: Refunds for installed products will incur a 15% restocking fee unless there is a defect. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days of the return being processed.
Pre-Orders: We offer a generous return policy for pre-orders, covering return shipping and providing prepaid labels.
Warranty for Defective Products We offer a 1-year warranty on all products. If your product is defective, we will provide a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 1 year of your purchase to file a warranty claim.
Return Shipping Costs
Domestic Returns (U.S.): We cover all return shipping for pre-orders.
International Returns: International customers are responsible for shipping costs.
