Warranty Coverage

Nyxglo products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the ship date. This warranty ensures that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the ship date.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials or components
• Malfunctions under normal use conditions

What’s Not Covered

• Damage caused by improper installation (e.g., mounting on unclean or incompatible surfaces)
• Use on vehicles not expressly approved for Nyxglo products, such as cars or incompatible rims
• Misuse, including high-speed operation, off-road use, or commercial applications
• Wear and tear from normal use
• Modifications or repairs not authorized by Nyxglo
• Damage caused by extreme weather or environmental conditions outside of normal use

Vehicle Compatibility

This warranty is only valid for use on motorcycles with rims that meet Nyxglo's specified dimensions and surface characteristics. Use of Nyxglo products on incompatible vehicles or rims voids this warranty.

Conditions for Maintaining Warranty Coverage

• Product must be periodically inspected according to Nyxglo's care and maintenance guidelines
• Adhesive integrity and attachment should be visually checked before each ride
• Reinforcement must use Nyxglo-approved materials and follow official procedures

Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@nyxglo.com with your order number and details of the issue. The defective item must be returned to us for inspection before a claim can be processed. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for domestic returns.

Cost Coverage

Nyxglo will cover all shipping costs for warranty claims within the United States.

Reservation of Rights Nyxglo reserves the right to modify, void, or deny warranty claims in cases of repeated misuse, altered installations, or if required documentation (photos, videos, or return of product) is not provided for analysis.
