Warranty Coverage Nyxglo products are covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects, starting from the ship date. This warranty ensures that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the ship date.

Claim Process To file a warranty claim, contact us at support@nyxglo.com with your order number and details of the issue.
The defective item must be returned to us for inspection before a claim can be processed. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for domestic returns.
Cost Coverage
Nyxglo will cover all shipping costs for warranty claims.
