The wait is over. Nyxglo Standard is launching, and our first batch is limited.
The first customers to order get lights that ship out the next business day. Once that inventory sells out, Nyxglo Standard moves to pre-order so you can still reserve yours. Read below so you know exactly what to expect before you check out.
How ordering works
There are two ways to get your Nyxglo Standard lights, and which one you get depends on timing.

Shipping timeline
In stock orders ship the next business day after you place your order.
Pre-orders have an estimated production time of about 1 month. That is an estimate, not a guarantee.
We ship every unit as soon as it becomes available. That means your pre-order could ship sooner than a month and will ship in the order that they were received.
Pre-order terms
Please read these before you place a pre-order.
- Estimated timing only. The 1 month production estimate is our best projection. Actual ship dates may be earlier or later.
- Your order is not in stock yet. A pre-order reserves production space in an upcoming batch.
- We will keep you updated. You will get a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.
- Launch inventory is limited. In stock availability can change at any time and may sell out before you check out.
- Status is set at checkout. Whether your order ships next business day or is a pre-order is determined by inventory at the time you place it.
- Cancellations and refunds. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it enters production for a full refund. If your order has entered production, a $50 cancellation fee applies.
- Returns and warranty. All pre-orders are subject to Nyxglo's return policy and warranty policy.

Frequently asked questions
How do I know if my order ships next business day? If Nyxglo Standard shows as in stock when you check out, it ships the next business day. If launch inventory has sold out, your order is a pre-order.
How long will a pre-order take? Plan on about 1 month. We ship units as soon as they are ready, so yours may arrive sooner.
Can I get updates on my order? Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.
Will there be more inventory after launch? Yes. Once launch inventory sells out, you can pre-order and your lights ship as production completes.
