By checking the box below and proceeding with your order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms regarding the use of Nyxglo products and participation in our pre-order program:
1. Intended Use Only
Nyxglo products are strictly designed for use on standard 17-inch motorcycle wheels only. Use on other vehicles — including but not limited to cars, bicycles, scooters, or non-standard rims — is expressly prohibited. Any such use voids the warranty and is done at your own risk.
2. Installation Risk
Nyxglo is a customer-installed lighting system. Improper installation may result in malfunction, property damage, fire risk, or personal injury. Installation instructions must be followed precisely. Nyxglo disclaims all responsibility for issues caused by incorrect installation, modifications, or failure to follow guidelines.
3. Visibility and Safety
While Nyxglo lights are designed to increase nighttime visibility, they are not certified safety equipment and do not guarantee accident prevention. Any perceived improvement in visibility does not reduce your responsibility to ride safely and legally.
4. Legal Compliance
Laws regarding aftermarket vehicle lighting vary by jurisdiction. Nyxglo products may not be legal for use on public roads in all areas. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws before installing or using the product. Nyxglo is not liable for any legal consequences related to non-compliance.
5. Battery Safety
Our products contain integrated lithium batteries. Mishandling may result in overheating, fire, explosion, or injury. Do not puncture, crush, submerge, expose to excessive heat, or attempt to disassemble the battery system.
6. Environmental Limitations
Nyxglo products are water- and heat-resistant, but excessive exposure to harsh conditions (e.g., high-pressure water, freezing temperatures, or chemical environments) may impair performance or cause damage. Such damage is not covered by warranty.
7. Speed and Track Use Restrictions
Nyxglo lights are not designed for racing, track use, or performance riding. They are intended for standard street use at moderate speeds. Riders should not exceed highway speeds while using this product. Use in high-speed or competitive environments may result in product failure, safety hazards, or voided warranty.
8. Warranty Terms
Nyxglo offers a 12-month limited warranty from the ship date for manufacturing defects only. The warranty does not cover improper installation, wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, or use on non-motorcycle vehicles. Complete terms are available at nyxglo.com/warranty.
9. Pre-Order Terms & Cancellation Policy
By participating in a Nyxglo pre-order, you acknowledge that:
- Your order reserves production space in an upcoming batch.
- You may cancel your pre-order at any time before your order enters production for a full refund.
- If your order enters production, a $50 cancellation fee will apply to cover costs.
- Estimated fulfillment dates are provided as guidance only and may shift depending on production timelines.
- All pre-orders are subject to Nyxglo’s return and warranty policies, available at nyxglo.com/returns and nyxglo.com/warranty.
10. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release and hold harmless Trantronix LLC, its founders, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, losses, liabilities, injuries, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or relating to the use, installation, modification, or cancellation of Nyxglo products.
