Generally, in the US, Nyxglo lights are okay to use and are typically treated the same as underglow lighting, which is allowed in many areas as long as certain guidelines are followed. These guidelines usually include avoiding flashing lights, which can be distracting or confused with emergency signals. Additionally, colors like blue and red are often restricted, as they are typically reserved for emergency vehicles. However, because vehicle lighting laws vary by location, we recommend checking your country’s and state’s specific regulations regarding aftermarket lighting to ensure compliance.

Nyxglo lights are designed to be lightweight and evenly distributed around the wheel to minimize any impact on wheel balance. However, if you experience any imbalance after installation, we recommend having your wheels professionally balanced. If you purchase a 2-pack of Nyxglo lights, there may be a slight impact on side-to-side (lateral) balance due to the weight difference between the two sides of the wheel. However, this impact is generally not noticeable during riding. Opting for the 4-pack ensures even distribution and balance across both wheels.

Nyxglo lights are designed to adhere securely to your rims, requiring some force to remove them. However, they are specifically engineered not to damage your rims during removal.
